A: I started playing soccer when I was six years old. All my friends played soccer, so I wanted to play, too.
Q: Who is your favorite soccer player?
A: Umm...I would have to say David Beckman. He's cute.
Q: On a regular day would you rather dress up or dress up and why?
A: Definitely dress up. There's just something about it. I feel better when I'm dressed up. I feel happy.
Q: When you're not playing soccer, what do you enjoy doing?
A: I like to read, shop and play other sports like tennis and softball. I enjoy reading fiction books and magazines like "People," "Cosmo" and fashion magazines.
Q: Do you have any superstitions?
A: Honestly, I really don't have any superstitions. I just never picked one up. At one point I thought I had one, but it snapped, so that didn't work out too well.
Q: What is your favorite piece of clothing?
A: I would probably have to say my jeans, because they are very comfortable and they fit well. They are by far my favorite.
Q: What's one thing that you don't like about soccer?
A: Ugh, definitely bad refs! They are the worst. They make me so angry.
Q: What's your favorite pre-game meal?
A: I'm a huge pasta fan. I like a big bowl of spaghetti with chicken or some kind of meat. I love pasta; it's great for energy.
Q: Name one thing that you can't live without.
A: That's a tough one. I would have to pick two because I can't live without my ipod and my camera because I love taking pictures, and I like to just listen to music and zone out.
Q: When you were being recruited, what attracted you to ULM?
A: I liked the girls on the team, president Cofer and the coaches. I really liked the direction of the program and the school. I definitely felt like I could make an impact here. I love it.
Q: As a soccer player, what is one goal or dream that you hope to achieve?
A: For sure to win a conference championship. I want a ring so bad. If we won, I would walk around showing it off, saying, "Yea, we won this. That's right." (laugh)
Q: What has been your most embarrassing moment playing soccer?
A: Oh wow. Well, my freshman year in high school I went out for soccer and the freshmen got to pick from the rest of the team's leftover gear. I got stuck with a pair of extra large shorts without a drawstring. Well, one game a girl happened to pull on my shorts, and they dropped clean down to my ankles in front of a ton of people. After that, I made sure to duck tape the waist of my shorts. That's definitely my most embarrassing moment playing soccer hands down.
